Cancellations

Coultervate Recovery requires at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or changed within the 24 hour window, or missed without notice, will be charged at the full appointment rate. In cases of genuine illness or emergency, this fee may be waived at the discretion of Coultervate Recovery.
